How do I stop comparing myself to others on social media?

I know I shouldn't but I can't stop. I see people my age buying houses, getting promoted, traveling the world, and I'm stuck in the same apartment doing the same job. I delete Instagram for a week, then reinstall it and do the same thing. It's making me depressed and I hate myself. How do I actually stop?
