How do you safely remove rusted seized spark plugs from an old aluminum car engine block without breaking the metal threads?
I am performing a tune-up on an old vehicle but the cylinder spark plugs are completely locked in place by heat rust. How do I turn them without stripping internal cylinder heads?

Spray a generous layer of specialized deep-penetrating fluid down into the spark plug thread cavity while the engine block is completely cold. Let the chemical soak for an hour tap the wrench gently to break the corrosion line then rotate counterclockwise slowly reversing every quarter turn.
