I keep getting rejected for jobs. What am I doing wrong?
I've applied to like 50 jobs in the last two months and have only gotten 2 interviews. I have 3 years of experience and a degree. I feel like my resume is fine but maybe I'm missing something obvious. Any honest feedback would help.

Here's the honest truth — it's probably not your qualifications, it's your application strategy. First, are you tailoring your resume for each job? Sending the same generic resume to 50 places is the #1 mistake. Recruiters can tell in 5 seconds if it's generic. Second, check your LinkedIn — 90% of recruiters look there now. If your profile is weak or you're not active, you're invisible. Third, your cover letter (if you're sending one) probably sounds like every other one. Instead of saying "I'm a hard worker with great communication skills," give a specific example of a result you achieved. Numbers sell. Also, are you applying through the company website or just Indeed/LinkedIn Easy Apply? The latter has a 2-3% response rate. Find the hiring manager on LinkedIn and send a direct message. It feels awkward but it works way better than the black hole of online applications.
